The Board of Directors invites the Central African Republic to submit a revised proposal for the remaining US$3.69 million of the system transformation grant top-up and to submit an application of up to US$28,760,000 for a system transformation grant in accordance with the strategic parameters for GPE support, with the option to include an additional US$7,190,000, the release of which is conditioned on GPE Board decision that top-up triggers have been achieved.
